We have been waiting all week to make this dish for you. It is one of our favorites. Boneless pork loin chops are seasoned, sauteed and then sauced with a sweet and tangy tarragon grape glaze. The pan sauce is made up of minced shallots, fresh sliced grapes, red wine vinegar, red wine, house made chicken stock and tarragon. Yum. The sauce really enhances the sauteed pork. To make this meal more complete we paired the pork with a serving of roasted potatoes and shallots.
