Snack on our made from scratch peanut butter blackberry jam cookies. They are peanut butter thumbprint cookies with a blackberry jam center. The cookie batter is comprised of peanut butter, butter, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder and flour. The dough is rolled into small balls and a small circles is pressed in the middle where the jam goes. The cookies are baked until the dough begins to crack on the edges. They make a great snack to pack in anyone’s lunch.
