Fish sticks! Yes, we have salmon fish sticks, made from scratch for you. We cut the salmon into “stick” size, batter them in a parmesan breadcrumb topping, and bake them until golden brown. The salmon sticks will most definitely conjure up many childhood memories. To make this meal more amazing we paired a rich asparagus mascarpone gratin with the salmon sticks. The asparagus is sauteed with minced onion then topped with a mascarpone, parmesan and breadcrumbs then baked. There is way too much delicious here. This is a fan favorite meal here in the Now Plating kitchen.
