Hearty beef stew is on deck this week along with our flakey from-scratch buttermilk biscuits. Our stew has fork tender pieces of beef slowly simmered with carrots, onion and celery in a beef stock base. The stew is seasoned with garlic, paprika and a whisper of allspice. Each bite will remind you of your grandmother. Don’t forget to dunk the biscuits in the stew. We bake the biscuit from scratch each day. They are fluffy, buttery and delicious. This beef stew is perfect for lunch this week.
