This is Now Plating’s version of chicken tagine. Our Moroccan style braised chicken dish is made with shallots, ginger, cumin, turmeric, cayenne and cinnamon; all simmered in a chicken stock. The chicken is cooked until fork tender and aromatic. Lastly chopped dates and almonds are added before the tagine is served a top a bed of fluffy couscous.
