A crisp salad for a brisk day. We are exited to present this mixed greens salad with creamy nutty slices of manchego cheese, crisp pear, and toasted pepitas all  tossed in a tangy sherry vinaigrette. This Spanish influenced salad pairs well with any of the entrée we are offering this week. It also is a great salad to enjoy on its own. You decide.
