Our lemon-ricotta muffins are out of this world. Light and fluffy and jammed packed with lemony goodness. The muffins are so tender because of the ricotta cheese and butter. In the muffins you can also find lemon zest, lemon juice and almond extract.  These muffins are topped with sliced almonds and baked until golden brown. Be sure to serve them warm with clotted cream or butter. Bet you can’t eat just one. Order a dozen or the week. Oh, and they freeze well too.
