One of our favorite holiday baked goods is gingerbread. Instead of baking large loafs to slice we decided to make them into muffins. Each bite of the muffin you get hints of cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Plus, sweet and tartness from the lemon glaze. These muffins are prefect for a breakfast splurge when you are on the go.
