This is the perfect winter’s salad if there ever was one. Crisp slices of jicama, segments of oranges and grapefruit, and pomegranate seeds are riddled in an peppery arugula base. To top it all off we make a sweet yet tangy fresh pomegranate vinaigrette. Ideal to have on its own or with one of the entrees we offer this week.
