Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Papaya Salsa with Cornbread Fritters

Start off the summer on the right foot. Our grilled Jamaican jerk chicken is a kitchen favorite. We season chicken thighs with a mixture of allspice, cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, thyme, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and vinegar allow them to marinade for a few before they are grilled. These thighs are smoky, sweet, and spiced. The chicken is served with a papaya salad that has sliced bell pepper, jicama, and papaya seasoned with allspice, lime juice and cilantro. Plus, cornbread fritters, little cornbread cakes made with corn meal, butter, corn kernels, flour, and eggs; lightly friend until golden brown. This meal screams take me to the beach!
This meal is ready to warm and enjoy.
