This week we have a grilled potato and summer squash ready for you to enjoy with your meal. Sliced summer summer squash, coined potatoes slices and diced red pepper pepper are char grilled then dressed in a marjoram-lemon dressing. We love all of the textures in this salad and the fact that the veggies are grilled in it adds an extra layer of flavor. It pairs well with any grilled meats or on its own as a snack.
