The fall is getting closer every day and the foods will begin to get heartier. Warm up for autumn inspired cuisine with our roasted cornmeal encrusted stuffed chicken breast. We take a boneless skinless chicken breast, slice it open and stuff it with Italian sausage and a cayenne seasoned goat cheese. The chicken breast is then dredged in cornmeal and roasted until golden brown. It is served alongside tender crisp blackened green beans. The green beans are seasoned with a blackened spice mixture. Oh, and this dish freezes well.
