Grill to your desired temperature and serve the ginger flank steak sliced, top with the reserved cooked ginger marinade. The steak is paired with a side of sake-glazed vegetables. That vegetable medley is made up of asparagus, bell peppers, mushrooms and scallions; all glazed in a sake reduction.
