Kitchen Favorite! Our general tso’s chicken is one of our favorite here at Now Plating. All of the heat and a touch of sweet. This popular Chinese dish starts out with diced chicken thighs dusted with cornstarch then wok fried until crispy with minced ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Next the tso sauce is made up of rice vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin and a touch of sugar. The sauce coats the chicken and once it does serve along side the steamed rice and tender crisp green beans. The ideal meal for lunch or dinner. Chopsticks are optional.
