Fruitcake! Yes, every holiday season you need to have at-least one slice of fruitcake. The secret is to have it fresh and to feed to some extra spirits. Shhhhh. Our fruitcake is filled pretty much everything. The sweet dough holds with currants, dried apricots, dried cherries, dried blueberries, cranberries, raisins, fresh citrus zest, pecans, and rum. It is seasoned with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and allspice; so your typical holiday spices. Fruitcake will always get you in the mood to celebrate the holidays. Get one and “feed” it extra spirits. When you are ready to serve the fruitcake, slice it add a dollop of whipped cream or crème anglaise and enjoy.
