Warm up tonight with our four cheese turkey manicotti. Each manicotti tube is filled with a creamy filling made up of ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella fontina, and egg plus sautéed ground turkey. The turkey manicotti is baked in a homemade tomato sauce along with more cheese. So each bite of this pasta dish is ooey and gooey and cheesy. The only thing that could make this meal better is by adding a slice of herbed garlic bread and we did just that. Yum!
