This traditional Chinese soup is made with vegetable stock seasoned with ginger, sake and sesame oil; then beaten eggs are slowly poured into the hot soup. This is how the egg feathers appear in the soup. Don’t forget to garnish the soup with scallions. This egg drop soup is perfect to take to work or to add on to any of the entrée we have this week.
