You are one click away from a flavorful Cuban meal. Feel like you are stuck in the Florida Keys overlooking the shores of Cuba with this pork entrée. It starts out with pork tenderloin being seasoned with garlic, bay leaf, anise seed, coriander, cumin, lime zest and Montreal steak seasoning; then golden roasted. The pork is then sliced and served along side soffrito rice. Our rice is slowly cooked with bacon, onion, bell pepper and saffron; until tender. Together these two make for one amazing meal, just add your favorite beer or mojito.
