Celebrate the summer with the one vegetable we love here in Michigan, corn. Yes, be ready to pair this fresh off the cob corn salad with any of the entrees we have on the menu this week. The salad is simply made up of fresh corn, sliced radishes, minced jalapeno, parsley and shaved red onion. It is dressed in a honey-lime-cumin vinaigrette. Each bite is crisp and we are really digging the sweet and tangy vinaigrette. Enjoy.
