Description
The theme of this week’s menu is “keeping it light”. In that we have yet another out of this world, flavor packed light meal for you. Tilapia fillets seasoned with chili powder and garlic are pan sautéed until golden and served with tender crisp asparagus tossed in a lemon vinaigrette. Asparagus is our favorite spring vegetable and we are excited we get to pair it with this tilapia dish. Don’t worry this dish is not spicy. It is seasoned just right and it has asparagus! Yum!
