We slow roast baby back ribs and then glaze them in a cherry cola sauce made up of cherry jam, mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, and cherry cola. The glaze is sweet, tangy and has a hint of hint. It totally satisfies your rib cravings. We paired the delicious fall off the bone ribs with tender crisp local asparagus topped with a pureed asparagus and butter sauce then garnished with toasted almonds.
