Diced bread is folded in with breakfast sausage and Monterrey jack cheese. We then pour a creamy egg custard over the bread and filling seasoned with Dijon, cayenne and a hint of Worcestershire. The strata is baked until golden and set. We paired a side of tender crisp asparagus topped with a bright lemon-mustard-mayo glaze. This brunch duo is quite the pair.
