Cheese and Sausage Strata with Mustard and Mayo-Glazed Asparagus

Your brunch requests have been answered. That and breakfast, lunch and dinner. Get your plate ready for our savory bread pudding aka the strata. Diced bread is folded in with breakfast sausage and Monterrey jack cheese. We then pour a creamy egg custard over the dread and filling seasoned with Dijon, cayenne and a hint of Worcestershire. The strata is baked until golden and set. We paired a side of tender crisp asparagus topped with a bright lemon-mustard-mayo glaze. This brunch duo is quite the pair. We love the richness of the strata and the freshness of the asparagus; and we hope you do too.
