Simple, fresh and oh so delicious. Our cauliflower soup is one that should not be passed over. We sauté onions, garlic and cauliflower until the onions are golden. Next we add fresh vegetable stock and bring the soup to a simmer. Once the cauliflower is tender the soup is pureed, finished with lemon zest and rosemary oil.  Be sure to have your favorite bread on hand for this one. You are totally going to dunk it into each serving. Enjoy.
