Bourbon-Glazed Salmon with Braised Baby Bok Choy

This is a Now Plating favorite. Everyone loves this addictive bourbon-glazed salmon; it is the right combination of sweet and savory. Roast a pave of salmon then glaze it with our bourbon sauce. The bourbon reduction sauce is made up of bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, fresh ginger and lime juice; all simmered until it is slightly thickened. Once the salmon is nearly done roasting glaze the top with the bourbon sauce. It is so good. We paired the salmon with a braised baby bok choy, so you get some healthy greens for your meal. Chopsticks are optional.
