Nothing beats a home cooked meal. Meat loafs are one of those dishes that grandma made and it was always perfect. Here we have taken the classic all beef meat loaf and jazzed it up with barbecue sauce. Our meat loaf mixture is a combination of ground beef, diced onions, tomato sauce, egg and bread crumbs. The mixture is place in a loaf pan and baked with a barbecue sauce on top. Our barbecue sauce is sweet and has a touch of tang. It is made with tomatoes, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; this is all simmered. To make this meal more amazing we paired it with bacon cheddar cheese mashed potatoes. Talk about splurge. This is a football worthy dinner.
