A classic quick bread is here this week. One that is ready to head out the door with you to work. Ripe bananas are mashed and added to butter, egg, sugar and flour batter. Toasted walnuts are chopped then folded into the batter. The banana bread is baked until golden brown and set. We cant say much more than “banana madness” and delicious. It is a great all around baked good to have for breakfast, with a cup of coffee or a snack. It also deserves to be toasted and smeared with butter,
