What do we do when we have too many ripe bananas in our kitchen? We make banana breads. This week we are offering a banana bran muffin made with buttermilk, ripe bananas, brown sugar, wheat bran, walnuts, canola oil and a whisper of cinnamon. These muffins are baked until golden brown and then they are ready to go. Toast the muffin and slather with butter and enjoy.
