Pork chop night! We are excited to have this phenomenal pork chop dinner on deck for you this week. A hearty pork chop is oven roasted and glazed with balsamic vinegar and plum preserves, meaty and sweet. The plum balsamic sauce is made up of minced shallots, garlic, port, balsamic vinegar and plum preserves; so it is tangy and sweet. To go along with your chop you receive a side of fluffy herbed couscous garnished with golden raisins and toasted pine nuts. So much delicious here!
