The baby spinach salad holds tender braised lentils, diced carrots, onion, sharp cheddar, and toasted pecans; all tossed in a cabernet vinaigrette. The lentils make this salad a bit hearty, but the cabernet vinaigrette lightens it up. This salad pairs well with any of the items we have on the menu this week too.
