The ground pork is sautéed and then seasoned with peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, ginger, fish sauce, palm sugar and sriracha. This seasoning makes it tangy and sweet. Assemble the lettuce wrap with a spoonful of the seasoned pork, tender quinoa, crunchy quinoa puffs, cilantro, pea shoots, and peanuts. We love all the flavors and textures in this wrap and you will too. To round out the meal and keep it light it is paired with a helping of miso soup. A traditional Japanese soup made with dashi stock, miso and garnished with diced tofu and wakame seaweed.
