Make the lunchroom at work jealous with this Asian-style marinated and grilled ahi-tuna steak. A fresh ahi-tuna steak is marinated in a house-made teriyaki sauce along with minced ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes and scallions. Once the tuna has marinated for an hour it is flash grilled until the tune is medium rare. The ahi is served with a helping of carrot fried rice. In that rice you will find diced onion, carrots, and fried eggs; all seasoned with ginger, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, and topped with cilantro. Together these two make one great lunch or dinner.
