Asian-Style Green Beans with Pork over Steamed Rice

One of our favorite Chinese dishes to make and to order is green beans over pork. If you have not had this classic Sichuan dish, then it is time. We stir-fry ground pork with garlic, fresh ginger, chilis, and green onion until it is fragrant and cooked. Next soy sauce, rice wine and sugar are added to the ground pork and creates a sauce. Tender crisp green beans are incorporated into the stir-fry last. Be sure to serve the pork with green beans over the steamed rice. Oh, this dish is not too spicy, it has a small amount of heat. Chances are you may want to add more. Don’t forget your chopsticks.
