This is one of our favorite salads on our menu this winter. An arugula salad studded with sautéed mushroom, cheddar cheese, shaved sweet onions, blackberries and raspberries then topped with a tangy cabernet vinaigrette. To make this delicious salad more hearty add your favorite meal or a grilled chicken breast. Enjoy.
