Brighten your mealtime up with this arugula salad. This salad has orange segments, pomegranate seeds, shaved red onion and goat cheese; all dressed in a light citrus vinaigrette. The vinaigrette is made up of fresh lemon juice, orange juice and olive oil. We love the creaminess of the goat cheese and the brightness of the orange segments.
