Our coconut ambrosia macaroons are little nuggets of heaven. They are like traditional coconut macaroons, but have orange zest fold into them, then baked to a golden brown. To make this even more delectable we drizzle dark chocolate over each and every one of them. Each bite is nutty, orangey and chocolatey. Do you need anything else? Maybe a dozen or so of them. Yum!
