Sometimes you are just looking for a simple, elegant and delicious salad. Our arugula and pear salad is just that. Peppery fresh arugula holds slices of crisp pear and toasted walnuts; and it is all drizzled with a sherry mustard vinaigrette. This salad pairs well with any of the items we have on the menu this week and holds its own as an entrée. Looking to jazz this salad up, add a grilled chicken breast or steak to it. Enjoy.
