This is more than just a meatloaf. Get creative about it. It can stand alone or you can make it into a sandwich. We make our meatloaf with ground beef, minced onion, eggs, parsley, bread crumbs, and home made bbq sauce; this beef mixture is place in a pan, topped with more bbq sauce and baked. The meatloaf comes out smoky, sweet, meaty and moist. It is served alongside our scrumptious cream cheese mashed potatoes. Just a whole bunch of yum in this entrée.
