We have a fantastic salad for you this week! A mixed greens salad comprised of roasted diced butternut squash, black beans, tangy goat cheese crumbles and toasted walnuts all tossed in a Cabernet-honey-adobo vinaigrette. The vinaigrette is sweet and a bit spicy, but it will defiantly make your palate dance. This salad will get you on track for your New Year’s resolution.
