You are one click away from these delectable ground turkey and shiitake mushroom lettuce wraps. This Asian-inspired dish is jammed packed with layers of flavor. The ground turkey and shiitake mushrooms are sautéed with fresh ginger and minced garlic, next shredded carrots and chopped water chestnuts are added. This turkey mushroom mixture is then seasoned with soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil and some orange zest. Wow! Take a lettuce leaf, add some of the turkey mushroom mixture and top with bean sprouts, cilantro, peanuts and chili sauce. How could this dish get even better? We added a side of teriyaki fried rice! A simple fried rice with edamame and scrambled eggs seasoned with sesame oil and teriyaki sauce. This is enough food for two meals!
