One of our favorite summer desserts is on the menu this week peach cobbler. You only need a handful of ingredients to pull of this luscious southern dessert, but they need to be exceptional. The freshest peaches are key. We bake our cobber with sliced peaches tossed in sugar, lemon juice and a hint of cinnamon then top them with a drop biscuit made up of flour, sugar, and butter. The cobber is baked to perfection. Each bite is oh so peachy. Don’t forget to top with your favorite ice cream or whipped cream.
