Here is a twist on a classic Caesar salad and it just as delicious.  Our Tuscan kale Caesar slaw simply swaps out the typical romaine lettuce with shaved Tuscan kale. This slaw has the parmesan, anchovy and all the “Caesar-ness” you love, plus it is garnished with chopped hard boiled eggs. It is the perfect side dish to bring to the grilling party you are headed to this weekend or just to enjoy for lunch.
