In each forkful of this twice baked potato salad you will find tender pieces of potato, chopped hard boiled eggs, minced onion, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onion. All these ingredients are folded into a creamy mayonnaise and sour cream base. We love this potato salad and it is good to know that it pairs well with any grilling projects you have planned.
