This potato salad pairs well with so many items, but is also just great to snack on all by itself. Perfectly cooked potatoes are folded into a buttermilk and mayonnaise base along with chopped celery and red onion. This is then seasoned with Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard and fresh dill. Just creamy, fresh and delicious. A great mid-afternoon treat.
